Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Safety & ISO Systems is responsible for leading the management and maintenance of the Integrated Management System. This role must collaborate closely with the Site EHS/OHS and Energy Functional Managers / Representatives who provide input into the EMS, OHSMS, & EnMS from their respective local functional roles, as well as with Regional and Global EHS/OHS counterparts. I
This position is a key hands-on member of the Site Management Team and drives the Site's performance against the criteria set forth by the applicable ISO Standards (EMS, OHSMS, EnMS), global ISO Management Handbooks, Standard Operating Procedures and, Guiding Documents.
This position is responsible for working closely with the OHS, Environmental, and Energy Management representatives to ensure gathering and upkeeping of data, documentation, communication, and provision of periodic ISO Key Performance Indicators (KPls / EnPls) and other Metrics, as well as of periodic Management Reviews to Site Management relative to the integrated Management System & Sustainability efforts, and participates as an auditor in Regional EEOHS Audits at other Sites as needed, while actively participating as an auditee in
