POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr Manager Transaction Management is responsible for the management, performance, and oversite of a team of Transaction Managers. The number of individuals on a given team is dependent on the structure of work being performed by the team. In general, the number of direct reports ranges from 2-6 individuals. The Sr Manager Transaction Management is responsible for team performance and ensuring all associates are hitting required SLAs and Quality Control Metrics.
