Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Weekend Lead Concierge is the lead staff member for all communications, emergencies and requests which come through the front desk on the weekends. This role serves as the initial response to all safety and security related issues, ensuring the health and wellbeing of the residents of the community.
This role demonstrates exceptional customer service and strong communication skills while serving as the primary contact for all questions, requests and concerns, and demonstrates excellent judgement for elevating concerns and questions to the appropriate team members as necessary.
