The work of an Account Manager includes but is not limited to managing, directing and coordinating all activities relating to cargo account operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Establish, implement and maintain all departmental policies and procedures, to ensure all Company cargo operations are safe, efficient and in compliance with all applicable Company and governmental regulations.
