You are an experienced Superintendent, fully competent in your profession. You will be responsible for Mobile Equipment maintenance execution - ensuring standards, policies and procedures are developed and implemented. You will also be accountable for ensuring that all equipment performance targets and work management KPIs are achieved within the constraints of the maintenance budget, including quality control; safety, and the delegation of work to field staff, contractors and trades people ensuring that projects are completed on time
and within budget. You are a problem solver and continuously look for innovative solutions that can be utilized on projects.

- Essential Responsibilities
- Safety performance of the Maintenance Department. Meet or exceed established KPI’s (leading and lagging indicators)
- Ensure deployment of key initiatives and communication of relevant messages to all maintenance crews at site
- Effectively promote, deploy, and comply with all Safety & Health and Environmental policies, standards, procedures and regulations across Ledcor and Maintenance
