You are an established Health & Safety Lead/Manager with experience in the pipeline industry.
You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and can expect to work on challenging pipeline projects with diverse and collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards.
This position is site-based and the specific rotation schedule and project location will be determined based on project requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with employees, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Build trust and credibility through ethical decision-making, professionalism, and consistent application of HS&E standards and expectations.
Provide guidance to project leadership regarding HS&E risks, critical controls, and emerging safety concerns.
