You are an experienced Health & Safety resource who consistently conveys professional judgment and can build effective relationships across all levels. You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and can expect to work on challenging projects with diverse and collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards.
This position is site-based and the specific rotation schedule and project location will be determined based on project requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage for the HS&E Manager while they are off schedule
- Ability to manage smaller HS&E Team or lead a smaller project independently
- Mentorship and Support: You mentor and guide HS&E Coordinators and Advisors, helping them navigate safety processes and improve their effectiveness
- Ability to lead the Operations Team through the health and safety management system independently
