As a Superintendent with Ledcor’s Mining team, you will provide frontline leadership for large‑scale mining and earthworks operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution across your assigned shift or area. You’ll oversee mining crews and equipment fleets, coordinate daily production plans, monitor output, and ensure all activities align with mine plans, operating procedures, schedules, and cost objectives.
In this role, you’ll be the on‑site operational lead—driving production strategies, optimizing work methods, troubleshooting issues in the field, and supporting a productive, engaged workforce. You’ll also foster strong working relationships with clients, mine engineers, maintenance teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and fellow site staff to maintain a collaborative, solutions‑focused work environment.
