Laborer - Mining at Ledcor | LAYIQ

Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work
Team player with a safety-first mindset
Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required)
Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful
MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we’ll provide if needed)
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Work Conditions: Rotating shifts, 10–12 hours per day
Overtime paid after 40 hours
Steady, site-based work with long-term opportunities
Daily Living Out Allowance (LOA) as applicable
