Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured problem-solving and analytical work to support strategic initiatives
- Develop clear, insightful slides and Excel models to communicate findings and recommendations
- Translate data into clear recommendations and partner with stakeholders to drive implementation
- Support and lead marketing experiments / tests through A/B testing
- Actively collaborate and learn from senior team members, supporting their strategic oversight and decision-making
Contribute to fostering a fun, collaborative, and productive team environment.
Engage directly with senior stakeholders presenting insights and recommendations effectively. You will be directly communicating to the CEO / CFO as you are working on the top priorities for Goosehead
Proactively manage assigned tasks and support project timelines to ensure timely, impactful results
Although the function is called a “Transformation Office”, not all studies/projects will be focused transformation types
