Job Summary
The Senior Data Analytics and Insights Analyst will lead the development of cutting-edge data models, datasets, and dashboards while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices in data analytics and insights. The Senior Data Analytics and Insights Analyst will interact with other teams to form a data-driven culture leveraging metrics and KPIs and strategic analysis on company performance and trends.
The role requires the following capabilities: excellent communication skills, especially the ability to respectfully challenge and influence; strong problem-solving/analytical skills, strong data management skills, and business acumen.
