Position Summary
The Lending Program Manager is responsible for oversight and administration of end-to-end lending processes across assigned lending products and capabilities. This position will primarily focus on improving how lending works by identifying business problems, prioritizing opportunities, delivering solutions, managing portfolios of work, and ensuring realized business value. This position may act as a liaison between departments and management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the business owner for lending process improvements, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of process improvement opportunities.
Maintain a portfolio of initiatives, enhancements, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement efforts.
