Position Summary
The Internal Fraud Investigator is responsible for conducting internal investigations of employee fraud. Requires coordination with internal partners such as HR, Legal, and business line leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors, detects, and investigates cases of internal employee fraud.
Coordinate with HR, Legal, and business line leadership throughout investigations.
Conduct complex case investigations, including transactions and system inquiries, email and chat, online activity, access card activity, surveillance video, workspace searches and interviews with employees and leadership
Thorough documentation and detailed referrals to local, state, and federal law enforcement
Monitors trends in internal fraud and utilize data analytics and investigation tools to detect fraud.
