The MechanicalDesigner II is responsible for the creation and modification of 3D models of various parts and assemblies for fabrication and production, as well as detailed drawings utilizing the Autodesk Inventor software platform. Must create detailed models using specific design criteria and parts, including accurate 3rd party manufactured components.
Responsible for communicating with the team and/or customer throughout the design process to ensure the accuracy and quality of each task, as well as adherence to company CAD standards. Responsible for taking the lead and overseeing assigned projects/tasks with minimal assistance from immediate supervisor.
