Senior Consultant – Air Quality at SLR Consulting | LAYIQ

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
10–15+ years of relevant experience in air quality, environmental consulting, regulatory compliance, permitting, environmental management, or a related field.
Experience in environmental consulting, government, industry, or a combination of these environments.
Strong knowledge of applicable air quality regulations, including areas such as Title V, PSD/NSR, NSPS, NESHAP, GHG, and ambient air monitoring.
Experience with one or more of the following: air quality permitting, compliance, monitoring, emissions inventories, dispersion modeling, emissions calculations, or regulatory analysis.
Experience managing projects, contractors, budgets, schedules, and/or multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of Alaska environmental regulations and regulatory agencies is highly desirable.
Experience supporting environmental compliance and permitting programs such as RCRA, NPDES/APDES, SPCC, or related programs is an asset.
Experience with environmental data analysis, QA/QC, laboratory coordination, and technical reporting is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients, regulators, and project teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license.
