SUMMARY:
Tarkett is seeking an experienced and strategic Production Supervisor to join our growing team in our Chagrin Falls Manufacturing Plant. In this key position, he or she will effectively lead associates to ensure satisfaction of customer expectations, safety and production requirements while executing the Tarkett strategy and embracing Tarkett’s vision, mission, and objectives. The Supervisor will proactively lead, support, train, coach and direct his or her assigned work team to execute operational plans. This role will drive
continuous improvement through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) while sustaining effective associate relationships. The Production Supervisor will properly maintain records, reports, and data collection in a timely and complete manner.
