Purpose:
Athene is seeking an innovative data science professional to join our marketing analytics team. This role will support Athene’s industry-leading growth path by managing a portfolio of predictive models that power our marketing strategy at scale.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for the delivery of the complete life cycle for marketing analytics and modeling projects, including the development, validation, and recalibration of statistical and machine learning models.
Oversee the collection, management, and enhancement of internal & external data sources to support analysis and modeling initiatives.
