Purpose:
The Finance Transformation Office (FTO) Senior Analyst Lead will serve as an advanced individual contributor within the FTO Project & Workstream Delivery team, leading complex transformation programs, projects, and interconnected workstreams that advance strategic priorities across the Finance organization.
This role will serve as a senior FTO delivery partner to Finance leadership, bringing structure to complex business challenges, shaping delivery approaches, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring transformation initiatives achieve sustainable business outcomes. The Senior Analyst Lead is expected to operate with significant autonomy and provide leadership through expertise, influence, judgment, and accountability rather than formal people-management authority.
