Purpose:
Join Athene’s Developer Services team as a Software Engineer and help shape how software is built across the enterprise. As a Software Engineer, you’ll develop the platforms, reusable tools, automation, and engineering practices that enable teams to build high-quality software faster, more securely, and with greater consistency.
You’ll have the opportunity to help evolve Athene’s software development lifecycle toward an AI-enabled, agentic model—building reusable AI skills and agents, supporting the Coder developer platform, and helping engineers adopt modern cloud-native and AI-assisted development practices.
