YETI is seeking a highly motivated Finance Systems Manager to join our Finance organization based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director Accounting and sits at the intersection of Finance, IT and Data/AI. Role is responsible for administering key finance systems, leading execution and coordination of project management activities, driving process optimization, and enabling the broader Finance team to leverage technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision
making.
The ideal candidate combines strong finance process knowledge, systems expertise, and project leadership skills, along with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and digital transformation.
