Summary of Job:
This full time position will provide engineering design and support as part of our Design-Build construction team. This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and engineering design experience in facility solutions.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Perform full Design of Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing systems, Engineer of record
- Responsible for preparing construction drawings and specifications
- Act as the technical authority consistently moving projects toward successful completion often while leading internal teams
- Thoroughly understand and design to all relevant codes and standards
Assist internal sales and vertical market teams in preparing proposals for design and construction of projects by various support functions such as: drawing review, site review, perform load calculations, initial equipment selections, design clarifications, codes research, systems analysis, energy audits and problem solving
