JOB SUMMARY
The Construction Manager - is responsible for the management and oversight of the Renovation process on newly acquired homes and the Heavy turn process for existing homes in the portfolio. The position assists in establishing policies, processes, procedures, and standards for Turns and Renovations. This position provides leadership of heavy & light construction teams within their defined region and works with Construction leadership to establish the strategic direction of company goals, initiatives, and processes.
