Primary Responsibilities: Assist with building, organizing, scanning, and preparing client source file for use in tax preparation process
Utilize GoFileRoom (CRM/Project Management), Engagement Manager (Document Storage), and Adobe Acrobat software to organize and generate electronic client data
Assist Tax Administrators in assembly of client tax return deliverables
Other duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax Administrators
Required Qualifications: Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications
Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience
Identify with Cerity Partner’s mission and demonstrate our core values
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
Keen, consistent attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
