The Senior Client Service Associate plays a critical role in providing high-level support to both clients and advisors. This position manages complex client interactions, processes detailed account tasks, and handles escalated issues, ensuring seamless account openings, money movements, and paperwork processing. With a comprehensive understanding of investment products and regulations, the Senior Associate may provide basic financial advice if Series 65 certified.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
Custodian interaction & paperwork processing: Process account openings, funding, deposit electronic checks, money movements, 401(k) rollovers, process tasks with Custodians.
Maintain a fundamental understanding of the firm’s investment offerings in order to contribute to portfolio discussions.
