Plant Maintenance & Engineering Manager

The Plant Engineering & Technical Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of engineering and technical services for the plant, including controls and systems integration, facilities and infrastructure, project management, and where applicable, WWT and maintenance (location dependent). The incumbent leads and manages long-term technical capability in new and existing technology and technical systems as well as managing organizational capability to sustain technical competence.

The incumbent provides leadership and technical expertise across the capital project process from research and development activities through selection, purchase and installation of new equipment. The Plant Engineering & Technical Services Manager is a key member of the plant SLT as well as the Ocean Spray Engineering community. The incumbent supports and promotes safety, quality and food safety, regulatory compliance and effective team development through performance management processes.
