Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Plant Training Specialist! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. In this role, the Plant Training Specialist will be responsible for administering comprehensive training systems for plant team members inclusive of technical training, required compliance training, new hire onboarding, and more. You will develop training materials, document team member completion, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Additionally, you will lead the Train the Trainer program, lead training efforts, maintain a training calendar, administer the MPOWER LMS, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive training experiences for all plant team members.
