Executive Assistant to the CFO at Shenandoah Valley Organic | LAYIQ

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Five or more years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level.
Experience with contract administration, legal documentation, or paralegal responsibilities is required .
Excellent organizational, planning, project coordination, and follow-through skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including strong proofreading and document editing skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with highly sensitive business information.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Paralegal Certificate or formal legal training preferred.
Experience supporting executives within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-focused organization preferred.
Knowledge of contract management, corporate governance, or compliance processes preferred.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
New team members must be able to pass a drug, alcohol and background screening post-offer and prior to the start of their employment. Must b e authorized to work in the United States. Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel

This role is primarily performed in an office environment. The position requires regular use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment; frequent communication with internal and external partners; and the ability to manage confidential information in a professional setting. Occasional visits to operational or production areas may be required , where appropriate PPE and sa fety pra ctices m ust be followed . Limited travel may be required for meetings, events, or busi ness nee ds.
