Role Overview / Purpose and Scope
The PSM Coordinator supports Farmer Focus by coordinating and maintaining the site Process Safety Management program for ammonia refrigeration systems and related compliance activities. This role provides day-to-day PSM program support, organizes required training, maintains site-specific documentation, supports refrigeration and safety operations, and serves as a key point of contact during OSHA, EPA, and other PSM-related audit or inspection activity.
