The Opportunity Alliance is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Service Technicians to join one of our five adult residential programs. These programs provides trauma-informed treatment and support services to adults living with mental illness complicated by co-occurring chronic health conditions as well as a potential substance use disorder.
The Residential Service Technicians provide direct service in the residential group care or transitional living setting. As a direct care worker and mental health support specialist, you will provide personal support and supportive counseling to our residents. You will be part of a clinical team utilizing the tasks of daily living as instrumental treatment components while also helping to create a sense of permanency with a home like environment.
