Early Childhood Ed Tech
Head Start/Early Head Start program
Head Start promotes the school readiness of young children from low-income families through local programs. Head Start and Early Head Start programs support the mental, social, and emotional development of children from birth to age 5.
Position Overview : We are currently seeking a committed and passionate Early Childhood Ed Tech to join our dedicated preschool team. This position plays a crucial role in providing specialized support to children with developmental delays or disabilities, ensuring they receive the individualized attention needed for optimal growth and learning.
The Ed Tech will work in one or more classrooms throughout the program, following the lead of classroom teachers, providing instruction and strategic support to students to help them participate in classroom activities. The position may provide one-on-one support, support to a small group of children and/or generalized classroom support. The Ed Tech will also document and report on progress for children with IEPs, create visual supports, and provide guidance and support to classroom teachers.
