The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Relief Re sidential Crisis Worker (RCW) to join the Broadway Crossings team. Broadway Crossings provides short-term, trauma-informed, stabilization services to adults experiencing a mental health or co-occurring crisis in a home like environment as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization.
As a Residential Crisis Worker, you will provide direct service to clients as part of a multi-disciplinary team by:
providing listening support identifying needs assisting clients in achievement of treatment plan goals administering medication administering risk assessment, milieu management, household organization provide medical record documentation.
