JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager for the Geospatial Center at Saint Louis University provides comprehensive operational, administrative, and programmatic support to ensure the effective functioning of the Center’s activities and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the Center’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics, including scheduling complex meetings, preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and arranging travel itineraries.
The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination for leadership, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities, timely communication, and efficient execution of daily operations. This position also interacts with sponsors and stakeholders from multiple constituencies to establish project goals and objectives, identifying resource requirements and acquiring appropriate resources.
