The Sr. Compliance Manager is responsible for partnering with organizational leaders to provide direction and guidance related to WellSky’s compliance programs. The scope of this job includes managing compliance and regulatory matters related to healthcare and privacy to ensure overall compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, maintain, and implement compliance policies and procedures consistent with changing state and federal compliance requirements, including especially HIPAA and other statutes applicable to data privacy, health IT, and services supporting healthcare providers.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s regulatory compliance internal controls.
