The Job/What You’ll Do:
The Business Solutions Lead serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading business transformation initiatives that improve operational processes, data quality, technology capabilities, and organizational effectiveness. This role bridges business strategy, operations, data, and technology by identifying opportunities, defining scalable solutions, and guiding initiatives from concept through implementation and value realization.
The Business Solutions Lead works across the full solution lifecycle - from problem definition and current-state assessment through requirements, delivery, implementation, and post-production monitoring. The role develops detailed business, functional, technical, process, and data requirements; defines data quality expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs); and ensures requirements are traceable to business outcomes.
