Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology
- American Society for Clinical Pathology - Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Minimum five years of experience working in a clinical laboratory.
- Minimum four years of experience working within this section of a clinical laboratory.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience with EPIC preferred.
- Experience with Vitros, Unity and WellSky preferred.
- ASCP Speciality certifications preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

- Position Overview: The Section Head performs various clinical laboratory tests according to established policies and procedures to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision or oversight of assigned laboratory section, and training of employees working in the section.
