Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Technology Engineering Manager to lead the Associate Productivity and Marketing Solutions (APMS) team and shape the future of the enterprise technology portfolio that enables associates to work, collaborate, communicate, and connect with customers more effectively. In this people leader role, you will develop a high-performing team, set platform and product direction, strengthen operational health and governance, and build strategic partnerships across business and technology.
You will lead capabilities spanning Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration, SharePoint governance, associate-facing AI, and marketing technology, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
