Are you ready to start your career in investment management with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow? At Securian Asset Management, we’re looking for driven, curious, and analytical early-career professionals to join our two-year Investment Analyst Development Program.
The Investment Analyst Development Program is designed to build the foundational skills needed for a successful career in investment management. Participants gain hands-on experience working alongside investment professionals while developing their capabilities in financial analysis, credit research, investment evaluation, and portfolio management.
Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to multiple public and private asset classes, including meaningful experience within Commercial Mortgage Lending . This experience will provide the opportunity to develop an understanding of commercial real estate underwriting, credit analysis, portfolio management, and the factors that influence real estate investment decisions.
