Sr. Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate & Mortgage Lending (Hybrid) at Securian Financial | LAYIQ

7+ years of experience supporting commercial real estate lending transactions, including loan originations, modifications, restructurings, and related portfolio transactions. Experience with correspondent-driven origination channels is a plus.
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lending , including loan documentation, title and survey matters, lien priority, UCC filings, and the parties involved in complex lending transactions. Experience with multi-state transactions, portfolio transactions, and leasehold mortgages is preferred.
Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts and legal documents with a high degree of independence.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal business partners and external stakeholders—including mortgage correspondents, borrowers, escrow agents, title companies, outside counsel, and third-party servicers—and communicate complex legal concepts to drive timely, successful transactions.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills , with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously while working with limited attorney supervision.
Strong technical proficiency , including Microsoft Office, document management systems, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Experience leveraging generative AI tools to improve efficiency and work quality is a plus.

The estimated base pay range for this job is: $73,700.00 - $136,800.00
