• Orders and Customer Service: Handling customer orders by phone and in person
• Dispatch delivery orders to drivers
• Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
