What We Want
The Charlotte Sharp Children’s Center is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher III to help create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for toddler children. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about supporting children's growth through play-based learning, responsive caregiving, and meaningful relationships with families and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with teaching teams to design and implement emergent curriculum, support children's social-emotional development, and thoughtfully assess and document progress to inform learning experiences. This role requires a skilled professional who can model best practices in early childhood education, mentor university students, and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
