Skilled Concrete Finisher

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Concrete Finisher to join our team and work on construction projects within a 200-mile radius of Columbia, MO . The ideal candidate will have experience placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on heavy civil construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

As a key member of the crew, the Concrete Finisher will use hand and power tools to achieve the desired concrete finish and work closely with supervisors, equipment operators, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
• Pour and spread concrete to the required thickness and consistency
• Smooth and level concrete surfaces using trowels and other tools
• Create concrete forms and frameworks as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required
