Health & Safety Supervisor
At Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS), health & safety (H&S) is a core value and a critical component of every project we build. The Health & Safety Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and oversight for all project-specific health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
This position will be close to Monroe, LA.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and apply an expert knowledge of the ESS H&S standards, programs and goals.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a project-specific Health and Safety Management Plan.
Promote and foster ESS H&S standards and goals with programs throughout the project to confirm a safe and productive work environment
Prepare, maintain , interpret and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring application of H&S standards and goals through its programs
