We are seeking an experienced Concrete Operator to work on our construction projects with our Patching and Concrete Crews. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget. As a key member of our team, the Operator I will work closely with other crew members and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities
- Out of state travel is required for this role (South to North, East to West).
- Operate heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials, earth, and other heavy objects
- Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality
- Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs as needed
- Communicate regularly with other crew members and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget
