We are seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in the KC metro and surrounding area. This role focuses on assisting concrete crews with site preparation, concrete placement, and finishing activities on heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete work including site preparation, form setup, rebar placement, pouring, and finishing support
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after concrete pours, including grading, compacting, and material staging
- Support crews with placing, spreading, leveling, and curing concrete
- Load, unload, and transport materials such as tools, forms, and reinforcement materials
- Operate hand and power tools to support forming, pouring, and finishing activities
- Assist with setting and stripping forms, tying rebar, and installing embeds or anchor bolts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, especially around active pour operations
