We are seeking a experienced Field Mechanic to join our Equipment team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy equipment in the field, supporting active job sites and ensuring minimal downtime.
The ideal candidate is highly experienced, able to work independently in a service truck environment, and comfortable making real-time repair decisions in fast-paced construction settings.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment directly on job sites (excavators, dozers, loaders, trucks, and support equipment)
- Perform both emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance in the field to minimize equipment downtime
