Job Description
The Account Supervisor oversees and manages the college athletics portfolio for a leading domestic telecommunications company. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the agency delivers high-quality work that meets the client's needs while maintaining a positive relationship with the client.
The role involves various responsibilities, such as managing client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve client goals, overseeing the work of account executives and coordinators, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Account Supervisors also work closely with other departments within the agency, such as creative, media, and research, to ensure that all work produced for the client is of the highest quality.
They must effectively communicate with clients, agency team members, and vendors and have strong project management skills to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully.
