ROLE of the POSITION
The Graduate College is seeking a dedicated, student-centered Retention, Progression, and Completion (RPC) Coordinator to manage an assigned caseload and serve as the primary expert for students, faculty, and staff within designated colleges and programs. Serving as a policy expert, you will provide non-academic guidance to help students and faculty navigate complex institutional requirements, effectively manage gray areas, resolve progression challenges, and apply sound judgment when evaluating unique policy exceptions or appeal processes.
Beyond degree audits, you will support equity-minded retention and student success programs, such as the Building Resilient and Inclusive Discoveries Graduate Education (BRIDGE) program, while conducting policy trainings and managing non-enrollment separations.
You will support and enforce secure, FERPA-compliant electronic record management, create and maintain plan of study documents per WCAG standards to ensure document accessibility for all, audit operational processes to streamline workflows, and represent the Graduate College on university committees. Working alongside leadership, you will track key unit metrics and collaborate with internal and external institutional partners to advance university retention and graduation goals.
If you bring strong analytical skills, sound decision-making, and a passion for supporting student success, we welcome your application!
