PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
Responsible to work directly with tower leaders, key users and SMEs to gather data by process for the specific areas assigned under his or her responsibility for all sites and networks ensuring task completion according to the plan. Performing quality assurance with preload and post load validation, and resolving users doubts, fixing defects with corresponding cross functional areas and escalating issues.
- E2E data assurance for the process under their scope
- Validate parameter fine tuning by network under leader guidance
- Ensure data quality for tool adoption by network /plant working directly with key users and SMEs
