BIC Systems Coordinator Cooley is seeking a BIC Systems Coordinator to join the Business Intake and Conflicts team.
Position summary: Under the supervision of Director, BIC Operations & Projects and working alongside the BIC Systems Manager, the BIC Systems Coordinator supports the development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of workflows, forms, and platform functionality within the BIC technology ecosystem, primarily IntApp Open and related integrated systems.
This role is execution focused and designed to support BIC’s expanding role as a firmwide platform owner, enabling other departments (e.g., AML, Information Governance, Audit Committee, IP/Patent/TM Operations, Pro Bono) to safely and consistently leverage BIC owned workflows. The position emphasizes build support, QA/testing, and operational execution, allowing senior resources to focus on design, architecture, and risk oversight.
