Summary of the Job:
This role drives operational excellence and strategic oversight across all Deposit Exceptions operations, a mission-critical risk mitigation function managing high-volume, time-sensitive transaction decisions across multiple enterprise channels. Leads high-performing teams responsible for processing thousands of exception items daily, directly impacting the bank's risk exposure and efficiency ratio through strategic decision-making on NSF determinations, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
